Summary

structured problem-solving with execution

Responsibilities

Partner with founders to break down ambiguous problems into hypotheses and action plans.
Run multiple
cross-functional experiments
(e.g., new GTM campaigns, product pilots, operational process changes).
Collect and analyze data from these experiments, summarize learnings, and recommend next steps.
Coordinate with teams (product, ops, marketing, support) to ensure execution stays on track.
Build lightweight dashboards, reports, and memos to keep founders informed.
Take ownership of at least one end-to-end initiative each quarter (from research execution measurement).
