Job Description

Hiring & HR Support

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
  • Post job listings on relevant platforms and track applications.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees (documentation, orientation, basic training support).
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Accounting Support

  • Assist with bookkeeping, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
  • Work with finance/accounting teams to ensure timely vendor payments and salary disbursements.
  • Maintain petty cash and prepare basic financial reports.
  • Support audits by organizing necessary documents.

Office Administration & Maintenance

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with service providers for repairs, utilities, and maintenance needs.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
