What You’ll Do

• Drive founder-led initiatives across departments (product, growth, operations).
• Run

  hands-on experiments

  — from designing pilots to executing and measuring results.
• Identify bottlenecks in operations and propose/implement fixes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to move projects forward.
• Build lightweight reports, insights, and updates for founder decision-making.
• Take ownership of at least one

  end-to-end project

  each quarter.
