Business Analyst – Full Time (Nagercoil, Onsite) As a Business Analyst, you’ll help us decode business requirements, build better processes, and bridge ideas between teams. Day-to-Day Tasks: Gather and document business needs Analyze data and market trends Generate leads and Create content strategy Collaborate with teams to improve processes Communicate insights that drive projects forward What We’re Looking For: Freshers with 3–12 months internship experience can apply Proficiency in business analysis Creativity, critical thinking, and strong analytical skills Good at documentation, problem-solving, and teamwork Bachelor’s in Business/Management or related field Growth Path: First 3 months = paid training & hands-on learning After successful completion, move to a full-time role Stipend provided during trainee period
