Position: Sabre lX Business Analyst Location: Greater Noida, Pune, Hyderabad and Bangalore or Remote Experience - 5 - 10 years Job Type: Full-time Skills- Sabre IX and Implementation Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Sabre lX development teams. Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and provide tailored Sabre lX solutions that enhance business operations. Work in Agile sprints to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Drive the implementation of Sabre lX solutions , working closely with the development team to ensure successful delivery. Lead workshops and meetings with business users to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and present solutions. Provide ongoing business analysis support for Sabre lX-related issues and enhancements. Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation, and collaborate with developers to implement those improvements. Develop user stories and acceptance criteria in alignment with Agile practices. Provide documentation and training to end users for new systems and features. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a Sabre lX environment. Deep understanding of Sabre lX functionality and its integration with other business systems. Strong experience in Agile methodologies , particularly Scrum or Kanban. Ability to write clear and concise user stories , requirements documents , and acceptance criteria . Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams. Ability to analyze and optimize business processes through automation and integration with Sabre lX. Experience in requirements gathering , stakeholder management , and functional testing . Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence , or other Agile project management tools. Ability to create training materials and provide training to end-users. Show more Show less
