Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable Java-based microservices architecture for complex applications. Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software products on time, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical designs that meet customer needs. Ensure adherence to design patterns, coding standards, and best practices throughout the development process. Job Requirements : 10-15 years of experience in Java programming language with expertise in Spring Boot framework. Strong understanding of design patterns (e.g., Microservices) and ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios. Proven track record of successfully leading teams or mentoring junior engineers towards achieving project goals.
