The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the flow of goods, managing vendor relationships, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing supply chain data, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes. The role also involves maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and contributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a must GMP & GDP tasks of supply chain, such as risk assessments of distributors, update of SOP's and Change controls Handle serialization and EU FMD laws, preferable with the system Tracelink Close collaboration with finance department regarding invoicing Skilled in working in ERP system and reporting of KPI's related to supply chain Participate in SRM, Supplier relationship management Participate in relevant parts of EQLs sales and operational planning Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Inventory Management Strong analytical skills with experience in Data Analysis and Problem Solving Proficiency in Vendor Management and Procurement Practices Effective Communication and Collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams Proficiency with Supply Chain Management software and tools Proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
