Your Role
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements. Analyse and map current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications. Work with cross-functional teams including IT, product, operations, and compliance to deliver solutions.
Your Profile
Subject matter expertise in Banking and/or Insurance industry. 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking and/or Insurance. Strong understanding of banking products and insurance processes. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI/Tableau, JIRA, and Confluence.
