Business Analyst – BPM Delivery (2–4 yrs)

Position Title: Business Analyst – Accounts Payable & BPM Tools Specialist
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience who has strong knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP) and practical exposure to BPM tools (likes of OmniFlow, OpenText, Laserfiche, Newgen will be considered a strong advantage).

This role is critical in driving AP process automation, optimizing workflows, and supporting the company’s digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. BPM & Workflow Automation

• Design, implement, and manage BPM workflows and document management solutions.
• Experience with BPM tools such as Laserfiche, OmniFlow, OpenText, and Newgen is a plus.
• Digitize and automate Accounts Payable operations using BPM platforms.

2. Accounts Payable Process Optimization

• Analyse existing AP processes and identify automation or improvement opportunities.
• Recommend solutions to enhance accuracy, speed, and compliance.

3. Digital Transformation Projects

• Support automation initiatives using ERP (SAP preferred), BPM tools, and Laserfiche.
• Participate in requirement gathering, testing, and deployment phases.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track AP and workflow performance metrics.
• Prepare reports that support operational and management decisions.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.
• Provide functional inputs and ensure smooth implementation.

6. Change Management & Training

• Assist in user onboarding, training sessions, and adoption of new systems.
• Support documentation of new processes.

7. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all AP and BPM-related processes comply with internal and regulatory standards.
• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on exposure to Laserfiche (workflow automation/document management).
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BPM tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, or BPM tools.
• Experience working in automation or financial software environments.
• Knowledge of compliance and risk factors in finance workflows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
