Is a great place to grow your career. Business Analysts bridge the gap between business and IT by effectively communicating with all stakeholders. The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the billing system and various integrations. Their core responsibilities include eliciting and documenting functional, non-functional, and technical requirements. They also support QA, SIT, and UAT testing, as well as triaging incoming issues, defects, and enhancement requests. Additionally, Business Analysts will provide support for projects that impact the application(s) they support.
What youll be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Collect, facilitate and document business requirements/features in an agile environment.
- Validate the overall IT solution to ensure alignment to business requirements, review requirements, and/or specifications with the development and test teams.
- Experience working in an Agile environment including creation and management of user stories.
- Experience working on Guidewire BillingCenter (Payment and Billing Ecosystem) and experience in Commercial Insurance preferred.
- Experience working with stakeholders reviewing product epics/user stories and getting sign offs in a timely manner.
- Provide adequate functionality and integration support on triage and resolution of any defects/control issues within the Billing application.
- Responsible for assisting with project vision through product delivery by maintaining requirements traceability.
- Work with the business users to facilitate user demos, testing, and sign offs following the standard Agile process.
- Collaborate with Transformation & Change Delivery process resources to ensure requirements and solution fit into the process flow and do not create gaps and/or breakages.
- Help identify how requirements can help make the process more efficient.
- Participate in daily scrums with technical teams and work in a Global environment.
You will report to Application Manager.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelors degree in the field of computer science, information systems, business management, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge and experience working with Guidewire BillingCenter.
- Ability to understand general business requirements and implement corresponding technical solutions.
- Experience in the P&C insurance field.
- Experience with integration, data, and financial control processes across systems is a plus.
- Experience with Agile principles.
- Experience creating business process workflows and support product owner with integrated road map reviews
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Must have familiarity with Analyst methodologies e.g. Use Cases; Business Rule Development; User Interface Specs; Functional Specs.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills (both written and verbal), and be team oriented.
