Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders including Customers and Partners. You will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and implement solutions. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be working on Partnership management and effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Your responsibilities will also include prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring the timely completion of projects. You will work on Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Request for Proposals (RFPs) while gathering raw data and processing it based on requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions is crucial. Advanced technical skills in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Google Script will be required. Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations, along with a track record of following through on commitments, will be beneficial. You should have excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, along with knowledge of Business Documents. The ideal candidate is expected to have a BE/BTech degree and 1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in product testing, based out of Pune, and be an early joiner.
