About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Product Manager
to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of software products within the hospitality technology domain
. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical and business understanding with excellent communication, customer interaction, and leadership skills. This role requires hands-on experience in defining business processes, managing product lifecycles, and ensuring alignment between business, technology, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the
product vision, strategy, and roadmap
, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements. - Collaborate with
engineering, design, and QA teams
to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions. - Translate customer and business needs into
clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
. - Prioritize features and manage the
product backlog
, balancing innovation, customer value, and technical feasibility. - Work closely with
global customers
to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure continuous improvement of the product. - Conduct
market research, competitor analysis, and user studies
to identify opportunities and optimize product offerings. - Define and enforce
Business Analysis (BA) best practices, methodologies, and tools
across the team. - Prepare and deliver
product demos
to customers, functional training
to internal teams, and create demo decks for trade shows
and presentations. - Oversee
project planning
, ensuring timely and quality delivery of releases. - Use tools such as
JIRA, Azure DevOps, and project planning platforms
for tracking progress, requirements, and dependencies. - Define and monitor
key performance indicators (KPIs)
to measure product success and guide future decisions.
Domain Expertise Hospitality Industry
- Deep understanding of
hospitality operations and software ecosystems

Booking Engines, OTA (Online Travel Agency) integrations, Accounting, and Fiscal requirements

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

10+ years of experience
as a Product Manager in software development
, preferably within the hospitality industry
. - Proven experience managing the
end-to-end product lifecycle
from concept to launch. - Strong expertise in
Agile/Waterfall
methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
- Proficiency with
JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and project management tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in
SaaS or cloud-based hospitality software
solutions. - Strong presentation skills, including
customer demos, trade show decks, and internal training sessions
. - Knowledge of
API integrations
