Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and system requirements. "The Lead Functional Configurator will own the configuration and solutioning aspects for the Icertis CLM platform as part of the ongoing production support and enhancement initiatives. - Lead the functional configuration and support efforts for the Icertis CLM platform.
- Analyze incoming support tickets and enhancement requests, assess impacts, and design appropriate configurations or functional solutions.
- Configure contract types, clauses, workflows, templates, permission models, approval rules, and other Icertis modules.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Review and validate configuration changes made by associate configurators.
- Coordinate with Icertis technical team (if needed) for complex platform-level issues or custom code.
- Maintain documentation for configuration, user training, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with established change control and deployment processes.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement planning.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to associate configurators."
