You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements.- Create detailed business requirement documents.- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Analysis.- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.- Experience in process improvement methodologies.- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
