Business Analysis Senior Associate (Scrum Master)

The Digital Enablement team within Enterprise Digital Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our offshore team. In this role, you will lead Agile Teams, plan and organize ceremonies, focus on removing impediments, report sprint progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement across our offshore delivery teams.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives and coach team members on Agile principles and practicesCollaborate with Product Owners, the Scrum team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment. refine and prioritize the backlog to maintain delivery momentumFoster communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholdersManage project roadmaps, scope dependencies, and milestones to ensure project delivery successfully within scope, budget, and timelineUse JIRA to manage sprints, configure boards, track progress, and report on project healthDrive actionable business requirements though the use of Jira storiesConduct review sessions with subject matter experts and convert session feedback into groomed storiesUnderstand priority for delivery and is able to achieve agreement with Business and TechnologyAligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Certified Scrum Master / Professional Scrum Master Level 1 or 2 / SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master

Talents Needed for Success:

8-10 years of IT experience in leading scrum teams or SAFe Agile

Experience in leading Agile Development, with Scrum Master (or similar) experiencePrevious software development lifecycle experience necessary
