Job Description

  • Leading and managing the EMEA MI team, ensuring delivery of high-quality management information and analysis.
  • Preparing and presenting insightful financial reports and business performance analyses for senior management.
  • Partnering with EMEA CFOs, CEOs, and other stakeholders to support business reviews, forecasts, and budget processes.
  • Driving automation, digital reporting, and process improvement initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Python.
  • Collaborating across global teams to align regional MI submissions with global finance objectives and standards.
Role requirements
  • 10 12 years of relevant experience in financial services, with strong exposure to management reporting and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with senior leaders.
  • A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with proven leadership and project management capabilities.
