Business Activation Manager/Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Business Activation:

• Plan and execute marketing activities/events such as seminars, meetings, roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, and business promotions (physical and digital).
• Innovate and plan new marketing initiatives regularly to enhance brand recall and awareness.
• Coordinate with compliance, research, and other teams for smooth execution of campaigns.

Partner Engagement & Training:

• Handle active and inactive partners; arrange training sessions when required in various areas.
• Conduct product training for new customers to generate reference leads and ensure optimal conversion.

Vendor & Agency Management:

• Set up and manage a strong network of vendors/agencies for promotional activities in the assigned region.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of marketing campaigns.

Collaboration & Strategic Planning:

• Work closely with business and service teams to align activation strategies with overall growth objectives.
• Apply market analysis and project management principles to optimize marketing initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in stock broking or similar financial services.
• 3+ years of experience in business activation or marketing roles.
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
