Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, setting up client meetings, and helping close deals with restaurants interested in digital marketing services. --- Key Responsibilities : Identify and approach potential restaurant clients through cold calls, walk-ins, emails, and social platforms Schedule and conduct a minimum of 4 client meetings per day (in-person or virtual) Understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales activity in CRM tools Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets --- Requirements : 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in digital marketing or hospitality Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media (bonus if you've worked with F&B brands) Ability to work independently and meet daily targets Own vehicle (preferred for client visits) --- Perks : Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced marketing agency Networking with top restaurant brands Training and development in social media and digital sales
