Position Overview

Koindo Trading Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to support our Buyer Matching Work (BMW) and Korean client projects across multiple industrial segments including Electrical, Medical, Food, Chemicals, and Automotive. This role involves identifying business partners in India, conducting market research, and facilitating trade promotion activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and skilled at relationship management and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Buyer Matching Work (BMW):

  • Identify and connect with potential Indian business partners (Importers, Distributors, Wholesalers, and Suppliers) for Korean clients.
  • Work across multiple industry verticals including industrial machinery, electronics, food processing, medical devices, and more.
  • Generate leads and maintain active follow-ups with prospective companies.

Market Research & B2B Matching:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and provide Korean clients with valuable insights on product trends, investment potential, company evaluations, and the broader economic landscape in India.
  • Find suitable buyers and organize B2B meetings (virtual/physical) tailored to client requirements.

Trade Promotion & Events:

  • Represent Korean companies at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings in India.
  • Promote products and services on behalf of Korean SMEs looking to expand in India.

Project Management & Client Support:

  • Maintain structured daily, weekly, and monthly planning and reporting of tasks.
  • Provide ongoing corporate support to help Korean SMEs establish a stronger presence in the Indian market.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, international trade, or client relations (freshers with strong skills may also be considered).
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Korean language proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong research, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
