Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong project coordination abilities, and experience in handling client meetings and business presentations.

Female candidates with an MBA background and a passion for technology-driven growth are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international IT markets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase company capabilities.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and business pitches.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or IT Management.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management in the IT / software industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in handling client meetings and project discussions independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and online business platforms.
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Female candidates with experience in IT sales or B2B client management.
  • Understanding of software development processes and IT service models (Web, App, Cloud, SaaS, etc.).
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first mindset and strong business acumen.
