Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Execute BTL and field marketing activities to increase brand visibility and walk-ins
Manage on-ground activations, outreach camps, and local marketing events
Build partnerships with corporates, communities, and local groups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of activities
Track market and competitor activities
Prepare field performance reports.

Preferred Profile:

Graduate with
3+ years of experience
in BTL / offline / field marketing
Field work experience is mandatory
Experience in healthcare, retail, diagnostics, or service industry is a plus
Good communication and coordination skills
Comfortable with frequent field travel
