BTL Marketing Executive

• Plan and execute all BTL activities including:
  
• Events: roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, canopies
  
• Promotions: pamphlets, handbills, brochures
  
• Brand and service placements
  
• Plan and introduce innovative marketing initiatives at regular intervals to drive brand recall and awareness.
  
• Build and manage a strong network of vendors and agencies for executing promotional activities across assigned regions.
  
• Plan, manage, and execute BTL marketing campaigns and brand activations within the city.
  
• Work closely with the City Manager and provide regular updates on campaign progress and execution details.
  
• Identify and unlock new partnerships and business opportunities in collaboration with the Operations Team and City Head.
  

Requirements

• Energetic, versatile, and a creative problem-solver.
  
• Flexible and multitasking individual with the ability to take initiative and work effectively under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• 12 years of relevant experience with sound knowledge of BTL campaigns, activations, and campaign operations.
  
• Basic understanding of general management, including in-house coordination and external professional collaborations.
  
• Good command over sales and marketing to support the team whenever required.
  
• Team management skills with versatility and flexibility to ensure timely execution of work.
  
• Strong hunger for personal growth and overall development, with the ability to adapt to the ever-evolving marketing landscape.
