Role Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing person who will drive o line marketing and customer acquisition through on-ground activations, society visits, canopy setups, and local partnerships. This role is a perfect fit for someone who loves working on the ground, understands consumer behavior in residential clusters, and knows how to hustle in the offline world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute on-ground activation campaigns such as society visits, market stalls, canopy setups, etc.
• Identify and engage with resident welfare associations (RWAs), apartment managers, and community groups to drive customer signups.
• Work with the central growth and ops team to plan and execute high-ROI field campaigns.
• Track daily activity and leads generated, and coordinate with the ops team for smooth service activation.
• Gather customer feedback from the field to improve messaging and targeting.
• Ensure visibility and trust-building at hyperlocal level through consistent offline presence.
• Support the team in scaling up presence across new neighborhoods and micro markets.
