About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic professionals to join our BTL (Below-the-Line) Marketing Team in Pune. The candidates will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities and supporting DSA (Direct Selling Agent) projects to strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as society activations, joggers’ park camps, and local engagement drives.
• Onboard pharmacies and partners under the DSA model.
• Coordinate and manage field marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and brand visibility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, partners, and community representatives.
• Ensure proper branding, lead generation, and data collection during each event.
• Report daily activities and performance updates to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years in BTL marketing, field promotions, pharmacy marketing, or DSA activities.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and confident in on-ground interactions
• Basic understanding of English (for reporting and brand representation)
• Ability to plan and execute field activities independently
