BTL Executive

You will be responsible for supporting in planning, implementing, and promoting the NCO/ RCO Dental Clinic in the nearest locations/neighbourhood to attract high footfall. Additionally, you will be expected to source camps and maintain relationships with Corporate Companies, RWA Associations, Banks, Diagnostic Centres, Schools, Colleges, Malls, Open Markets, etc., and conduct awareness camps near RCO clinic. Your role will involve planning and managing periodic ground activation and promotion of the clinic to increase footfalls. You will also need to plan and implement special marketing programs according to the established plan. Monitoring competitor activities in all locations and performing new clinic launches as per the designed process will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar area - 3+ years of working experience in BTL marketing or a similar role - Preferred Industries: Hospitals, Clinics, Retail Chain Store Marketing team, Diagnostic Centres - Flexibility with the ability to multitask and at least 3 years of experience in offline marketing and BTL campaigns - Excellent relationship management, communication, and analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Willingness to travel to major cities for BTL execution - Ability to handle pressure situations with an attitude to accomplish challenging tasks - Capability to align business priorities with multiple stakeholders and drive results - Proficiency in the local language is preferable In this full-time role based in Chennai, you will be instrumental in driving the marketing initiatives for Clove Dental, the largest network of dental clinics in India.,
