Job Description – BTL & Property Sourcing Executive

Role Purpose

To execute on-ground marketing activities, drive walk-ins, and identify suitable commercial properties for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. BTL Execution

• Plan and deploy on-ground marketing activities
• Execute inauguration-related marketing activities
• In-store branding to maximize walk-ins on launch day.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, staging, branding, and logistics.
• Track performance metrics such as field activity output, footfall, and leads generated.

2. Brand Visibility & Community Marketing

• Identify opportunities for local roll-outs including tie-ups, corporate outreach, clinic partnerships, and other grassroots engagement initiatives.

3. Property Search & Acquisition

• Shortlist potential commercial locations based on demographics, footfall, competition analysis, and accessibility.
• Conduct feasibility checks and rent benchmarking.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Impact on walk-in growth and conversion
• Number of viable properties shortlisted
• Cost efficiency compared to market standards
• Timeliness and accuracy in field execution
• Franchise inquiries generated
• Number of events executed and leads generated
