Job Description

Job Profile: Braze Consultant

Budget:

Up to 35 LPA

Notice Period:

Only candidates who can join on or before 15th Sep’ 25

Location:

Complete Remote

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide strategic consultation on Braze capabilities and customer engagement strategies.
Design lifecycle and trigger-based campaigns across channels (email, push, SMS, in-app).
Coordinate with client to align Braze usage with business goals.
Conduct platform audits and recommend improvements.
Configure Braze integrations (Segment, Amplitude, custom APIs).
Train and support internal teams on Braze best practices.
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks.
Stay updated with Braze feature releases and evaluate applicability.
Assist in onboarding new clients or teams.

Technical And Functional Skills

In-depth knowledge of Braze (Canvas, Webhooks, Liquid scripting, data mapping).
4+ years of experience in Braze.
Minimum 4 years of responsive HTML, CSS & JavaScript coding experience.
Experience in dynamic content blocks, Liquid scripting, and journey building.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
