Job Title : BrandStrategist / Assistant Brand Manager

We are looking for a motivated and high-ownership Brand Strategist / Assistant Brand

Manager to join our marketing team. At Uni, we are building a category-defining fintech

brand and reimagining credit cards for today’s internet consumer. This role is perfect for

someone who thinks in narratives, loves turning ideas into impactful campaigns, and can

connect brand, product, performance, and social into one tight growth machine.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies, narratives, and messaging across channels.
• Lead go-to-market campaigns for new features and benefits with clear positioning and hooks.
• Turn brand ideas into high-performing campaigns, including social, content, and performance creatives.
• Manage partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, and creator collaborations to boost engagement.
• Build and maintain content calendars, campaign frameworks, and creative playbooks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams - product, performance, and creative - to deliver measurable results.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in brand or marketing(fintech/startups preferred).
• Strong strategic thinking with a proven track record of end-to-end campaign ownership.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of social-first campaigns, creator economy, and PR-focused stunts.
• Bias for action, experimentation mindset, and ability to deliver results.
