As a Media Strategist and Conceptualizer, you will play a crucial role in developing original and impactful concepts for various projects across advertising campaigns, digital products, branding initiatives, and visual storytelling. Your responsibilities will include: - Creative Ideation: Presenting high-level concepts that resonate with audiences and meet business objectives. - Strategic Thinking: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure concepts align with brand strategy and target audience needs. - Brainstorming Sessions: Leading or participating in workshops to generate innovative ideas and solutions. - Trend Analysis: Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies for forward-thinking concepts. - Concept Development: Creating rough sketches, mood boards, and wireframes to communicate ideas effectively. - Problem-Solving: Approaching challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset to drive creative solutions. - Collaboration: Working closely with creative professionals to refine concepts into actionable directions. - Presentation & Communication: Effectively presenting and articulating creative ideas to clients and stakeholders. - Brand Consistency: Ensuring all concepts adhere to brand guidelines across different platforms. - Project Support: Supporting the creative process throughout production to maintain vision and standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Creative Thinking: Ability to generate fresh and unconventional ideas. - Visual and Conceptual Skills: Proficiency in sketching, wireframing, and mood boards. - Strategic Mindset: Understanding of market trends and brand development. - Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to present ideas persuasively. - Collaboration & Teamwork: Comfortable working in cross-disciplinary teams. - Problem-Solving: Critical thinking to adapt ideas and solve creative challenges. - Experience: 3-5 years in a creative role, preferably in advertising or branding. - Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools. - Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and creative abilities.
