Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed research for assigned brands.
• Develop big-picture strategies and develop marketing & advertising plans that align with clients’ goals and objectives.
• Create monthly content calendars with clutter-breaking ideas that highlight the story and benefits of our client’s offering.
• Coordinate with clients for strategy & content calendar feedback, approvals, and insights on a weekly to monthly basis.
• Work on pitch decks for new projects and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the different departments of the team to deliver memorable and result-oriented strategies.
• Leading ideation and brainstorming sessions for all Respective clients. ● Track KPIs and ROI and present a performance review at the end of the month to the senior.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Mumbai. You will be required to work from our office during regular business hours.

Who can be the ninja?

• You have 3-4 years of experience in the advertising industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in management, marketing or related field
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Team Player
• Team Manager
• Self-motivator and exceptional eye to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to wear multiple hats as a part of a growing organization
• Are not looking for a 9-5 job

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
