The ideal candidate for this role should be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who will play a key role in brand planning and consumer insights at KAOAPH. As a strategist and brand planner, you will lead strategic conversations, drive innovation in brand and marketing roadmaps, and have a strong sense of visual merchandising and aesthetics. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying consumer behavior trends, developing compelling content for various mediums, and collaborating with various teams to create successful campaigns. Qualifications for this position include proven experience as a strategist or related role, knowledge of online content strategy and creation, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. The successful candidate should also demonstrate a positive attitude, curiosity, high performance drive, accountability, and a content mindset. While a degree in Marketing/Communication/Public Relations is preferred, finance and marketing experience is beneficial but not required. Consumer retail industry experience is a plus.
