Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy Development:

  Define and execute end-to-end brand strategies that align with business objectives, customer needs, and market dynamics.

• Experience Design:

  Integrate experience-driven approaches to brand building, ensuring consistency across customer touchpoints.

• Visualization & Conceptualization:

  Develop visual frameworks, mood boards, and storytelling models to communicate brand direction effectively.

• Market & Consumer Research:

  Conduct deep research and competitor analysis to identify positioning opportunities and innovation pathways.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Partner with design, marketing, product, and business teams to implement cohesive strategies.

• Brand Performance Measurement:

  Define KPIs, track outcomes, and continuously refine strategies to strengthen brand equity.

• Innovation Leadership:

  Leverage industrial experience and creative thinking to reimagine customer journeys and brand experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• 🎓 Master’s or MBA in

  Brand Management, Business Strategy, or Experience Design

  .
• 🎓 Preferred background from

  design + management institutes

  (e.g., ISB, ISDI, or equivalent).

Professional Experience:

• 4–8 years of experience in

  brand strategy, experience design, or industrial branding

  .
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  visualization, storytelling, and innovation-led projects

  .
