Job Description

You will be responsible for developing brand strategies that align with client objectives, including positioning, messaging, and brand architecture. Conducting competitive analysis, market research, and audience segmentation to identify brand opportunities will be a key part of your role. You will collaborate with creative teams to shape brand identity, including brand voice, personality, and visual elements. Working with creative and media teams, you will develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy. As the strategic point of contact for clients, you will understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations. Developing and delivering clear, compelling strategy presentations to clients and internal teams will be essential. Staying updated with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing channels to maintain a competitive edge is also part of the role, along with working closely with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies. - Develop brand strategies aligning with client objectives - Conduct market research and audience segmentation - Collaborate with creative teams on brand identity - Develop integrated marketing campaigns - Serve as strategic point of contact for clients - Deliver strategy presentations - Stay updated with industry trends - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for brand strategy execution - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field - 2-6 years of experience in brand strategy or marketing - Strong analytical skills with market research experience - Ability to think creatively and develop innovative brand strategies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in managing client relationships and presenting to stakeholders - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools - Preferred: Experience with digital marketing and social media strategy - Preferred: Understanding of brand storytelling and creative direction - Preferred: Familiarity with brand positioning frameworks - Preferred: Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively The company is looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-6 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or a related field, preferably within an advertising agency. Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and experience in client management are key qualifications required for this role. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools is necessary, with familiarity with digital marketing tools being a plus. Experience with digital marketing and social media strategy, understanding of brand storytelling and creative direction, and ability to handle multiple projects effectively are preferred skills for this position.,
