Job Description

As a Brand Solutions Specialist, you will be a crucial support to the sales team by developing innovative and impactful media solutions for clients. Your responsibilities will include creating brand solutions, ideating new intellectual properties (IPs), and providing creative support for client pitches. Additionally, you will drive partnership opportunities both within the organization's ecosystem and with external alliances. In the realm of Brand Solutions, you will focus on ideation and IP creation. This involves developing concepts such as movie or theme-based campaigns, festive or seasonal promotions, and format or cinema-specific activations. Working closely with the sales team, you will brainstorm new IPs tailored to client needs. Your role will also involve building Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new media offerings and initiatives. You will design comprehensive strategies and provide training to the sales team, ensuring they are well-versed in presenting innovative solutions to clients. Partnerships and Alliances will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will cultivate and manage partnerships both internally and externally, leveraging these connections to develop joint campaigns and maximize business opportunities. Collaboration with clients and the sales team is vital in developing customized media solutions based on client briefs. You will demonstrate thought leadership by recommending creative media solutions that align with client goals and provide strategic insights to enhance media campaigns. In terms of Creative Support, you will be responsible for developing high-impact client presentations, decks, pitches, concept notes, and proofs of concept (POCs) for potential campaigns. Your role will also involve supporting the sales team with ideation and creative input to strengthen sales pitches. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA in Marketing, Business, or Communications, along with 8-10 years of experience in media, advertising, or brand-related fields. Key skills required include a strong brand and content understanding, proficiency in creating impactful presentations and sales materials, and the ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.,
