What you'll Do: Lead bold campaigns with creative minds who understand regional flavor Drive awareness, consideration, SOV, SOE & acquisition across southern states Influence business levers like engagement, retention, and revenue Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Digital, and Media teams Dive deep into regional segmentation, and measure campaign effectiveness Pitch big ideas, pilot regional experiments, learn and iterate quickly What you'll Need: 3 9 years of brand marketing experience (consumer tech or youth brands preferred) Experience managing full-funnel campaigns (TV, OTT, Digital, Radio, OOH) Strong agency partnership skills both creative and media Comfort working across languages and regional content styles (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) Analytical approach with creative instincts Passion for storytelling, cultural insights, and market-specific messaging What you'll Love: A brand with iconic recall and deep emotional connection Creative freedom with a mandate to innovate The chance to reimagine love and tradition for a digital-first South Indian audience Talented, quirky teammates who celebrate every win If you've got the cultural insight and the brand spark we've got the spotlight.
