We’re a growing team of passionate innovators looking for a creative and driven Brand Marketing Expert to help elevate our brand and grow our presence across the real estate and tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategy in alignment with business goals and market positioning.
  • Lead the planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, offline).
  • Craft clear, compelling brand messaging and oversee consistent storytelling across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-impact visuals and narratives.
  • Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor positioning to optimize brand direction.
  • Manage brand performance metrics and KPIs (awareness, engagement, sentiment, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, identity, and tone across customer touchpoints and internal assets.
  • Support partnerships, influencer programs, and PR initiatives that strengthen brand credibility.
  • Conduct regular brand audits and implement updates or improvements based on insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in real estate, technology, or B2C/B2B2C startups.
  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, customer psychology, and creative direction.
  • Proven ability to launch and scale marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Experience with digital platforms, social media strategy, and paid advertising tools.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
