Brand Manager / Strategist Growth & Partnerships Lead

About the Role

You will own and drive the brands growth narrative across digital, design, partnerships, and experiences. From strategy to storytelling, your work will define how the world perceives and interacts with our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Narrative

  • Build and scale the brands strategy, positioning, and overarching narrative.
  • Craft storytelling frameworks that drive recall, affinity, and cultural relevance.

Digital & Social Leadership

  • Lead the brand’s digital presence — from community-building to conversion-driven campaigns.
  • Drive social media strategy, content direction, and platform growth.

Integrated Campaigns

  • Conceptualize and execute 360 campaigns across film, print, experiential, and digital formats.
  • Ensure creative consistency and impact across all consumer touchpoints.

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with artists, events, creators, and brands.
  • Lead collaborations and brand moments that amplify awareness and cultural influence.

Events & Experiences

  • Oversee brand events, launches, and activations that strengthen engagement and storytelling.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of designers, marketers, and content creators.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.

Analytics & Growth

  • Track brand metrics, performance indicators, and growth funnels.
  • Convert insights into actionable strategies that scale impact.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Jewellery industry, brand strategy, growth, or marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, content creation, and audience psychology.
  • Proven experience scaling a brand or leading 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Fluency in the languages of design, content, and storytelling.
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven thinking.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Background in consumer, lifestyle, technology, or luxury sectors is a plus.
