Role:

Note- Candidate should be from digital or advertising background only

About the Role

This role is for a sharp, articulate, relationship-driven individual who can open doors, nurture CXO relationships, and help scale its business across brand strategy, identity, packaging, and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute BD strategy
Identify and target potential clients (founders, CMOs, CEOs, marketing heads)
Own outreach, pipeline generation, and qualification
Lead discovery calls, understand client needs, articulate company's value
Work closely with strategy team to convert briefs into proposals
Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance
Build long-term business relationships & partnerships
Represent company at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums
Drive revenue targets with monthly, quarterly scorecards

Requirements

4 - 7 years experience in BD, sales or partnerships
(creative/agency background preferred)
Excellent spoken & written communication
Strong understanding of branding, marketing, design, and GTM concepts
Ability to manage high-value clients and long sales cycles
Comfortable with outbound + consultative selling
Previous experience interacting with CXO-level stakeholders is a plus
