Job Description

Role: Content & Ideation Intern

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop compelling ideas in response to brand briefs.
Assist in creating concept notes, pitch decks, and campaign structures from insight to execution.
Write copy and proofread promotional materials.
Conduct research to build strong, insight-driven narratives that support our strategy.
Craft long-format content whenever necessary for a campaign.
Support the team with presentations and client-ready documents that are strategic and visually structured.

Preferred candidate profile

A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or any related field.
A flair for writing from short, punchy ad copy to long-format brand storytelling.
Prior writing experience (a portfolio of published or unpublished work is a plus).
Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Word
A strong sense of storytelling, concept structuring, and creative problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Most importantly, a hunger to learn and a love for ideas and writing.
