Content Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead
content strategy and brand voice
across campaigns, social media, PR, and digital platforms.
Create and edit
long-form (articles, blogs, press pieces)
and
short-form (social, ad copy, video scripts)
content.
Develop
creative concepts
for brand films, social media, and campaigns.
Collaborate with
marketing, design, and PR
teams for consistent brand communication.
Manage a
team of writers and freelancers
; build workflows and content calendars.
Track
content performance, SEO trends, and engagement metrics
to optimize reach.

Requirements

4–8 years of experience in
content strategy, copywriting, or creative direction
.
Strong understanding of
digital culture, storytelling, and social media trends
.
Excellent
writing, editing, and conceptual thinking
skills.
Background in
scriptwriting, ad films, or brand campaigns
preferred.
Experience with
consumer, lifestyle, or culture-driven brands
(luxury background a plus).
Familiarity with
SEO, influencer marketing, and PR tone
.
Bonus:
Experience using
AI tools
(ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, etc.) for content creation.
