Brand Manager Residential Business

As a Brand Manager for the Residential Business at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life through the spaces we create. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the brand custodian for specific residential projects, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the brand custodian for specific residential projects, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. - Manage end-to-end launch timelines including marketing collateral, media planning, and campaign execution. - Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing initiatives including print, outdoor, radio, events, activations, and exhibitions. - Oversee development, printing, and inventory management of marketing collaterals. - Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver impactful brand campaigns. - Coordinate post-sales communication to enhance customer experience and reinforce brand promise. - Conduct customer research (qualitative and quantitative) to gain insights on brand triggers and barriers. - Guide social media and digital teams on residential marketing strategy and creative direction. - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate for timely, cost-effective execution of marketing deliverables. - Benchmark competitor activities and marketing best practices to drive innovation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing roles; real estate experience preferred but not mandatory. - MBA in Marketing preferred.
