Brand Manager

As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns for various clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the campaigns align with client goals and adhere to brand guidelines. You will need to implement strategies that drive client growth and achieve digital marketing platform targets. It is crucial to continuously optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations. Client servicing is a key aspect of this role, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction. Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships will be essential for success in this position. Developing and executing tailored digital marketing strategies for each client will be a core responsibility. You will also manage client accounts, including content scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure that the campaigns are on track and delivering the desired outcomes. Influencer and Performance Marketing Coordination is another vital part of the role, where you will identify and collaborate with influencers to enhance campaign reach and impact. Working closely with performance marketing teams will be necessary to execute and optimize campaigns effectively. You will also be responsible for planning and managing photoshoots or video shoots, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. Coordination with creative and production teams will be essential to meet client expectations and deliver compelling visual content. Staying updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates will be crucial to incorporate innovative strategies and ideas into campaigns, keeping them fresh and engaging. Analyzing campaign performance metrics and presenting actionable insights to clients will be important to demonstrate the success of the campaigns. Budget management is also a key aspect of the role, where you will need to plan and allocate campaign budgets effectively across various platforms. Ensuring cost-efficiency while maximizing campaign impact will be essential for successful campaign management. Collaborating with design, content, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among internal teams and external stakeholders will also be a part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience of at least 3 years in social media marketing campaign management or a related field. A strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and performance metrics is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client servicing. The ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and analyze campaign data is crucial. Familiarity with influencer marketing, performance marketing, and planning and executing shoots will be beneficial, along with creative skills to incorporate innovative ideas into campaigns.
