Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Manager based in Greater Bengaluru Area. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to strengthen market presence, enhance customer loyalty, and drive business growth. Core responsibilities include market analysis, campaign management, branding initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging. The Brand Manager will play a key role in understanding consumer trends and optimizing marketing strategies to further business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Brand Strategy, Positioning, and Brand Management
• Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Consumer Insights
• Proficiency in Marketing Campaign Development, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Strategy
• Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Project Management skills
• Strong Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
