Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and implement long-term brand strategies aligned with company vision.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing, communication, and

product initiatives.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and competitor activities.

Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan, design, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and

offline channels.

• Collaborate with content, design, and digital marketing teams to deliver impactful

campaigns.

• Manage influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and promotional events.

Consumer Engagement & Insights

• Strengthen consumer trust and loyalty through storytelling and community-building

initiatives.

• Leverage consumer insights to enhance product positioning and communication.

• Track consumer feedback, reviews, and market performance for continuous

improvement.

Product & Innovation Support

• Partner with product development teams to align innovations with brand

positioning.

• Develop packaging strategies and ensure branding consistency across SKUs.

• Assist in launching new products with strong go-to-market strategies.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement, reach, and ROI.

• Track brand health metrics (awareness, recall, perception, loyalty).
