Brand Manager

As a Senior Brand Manager (Mamaearth) based in Gurgaon, your role involves owning the Umbrella brand campaigns and brand purpose initiatives. You will be responsible for understanding the market and brand intricately, demonstrating strong analytical and creative abilities. It is crucial for you to devise a clear plan on how to outperform competitors in the market within a specific category. Your responsibilities will also include planning and executing 360* marketing campaigns for our brands with well-defined goals and metrics. Additionally, you must have a deep understanding of the digital space and digital campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to explore strategies for brand elevation and growth. A growth mindset, ambition to achieve ambitious targets, and a strong bias for action are essential traits for success in this role. Qualifications required for this position include a Masters degree in management/marketing, preferably from Tier 1 institutes, along with 3-5 years of marketing experience focusing on managing brand campaigns. Experience in the hair categories is preferred. You should possess a strong analytical mindset to develop a clear brand strategy, a good grasp of digital media for planning and evaluation, and strong creative sensibilities. Your high ownership, passion, and ability to take quick actions, along with effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders and agencies, will be key to excelling in this role.,
