Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for owning and building the brand across various digital platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and performance platforms. Your role will involve driving content creation, influencer strategy, and creative storytelling to enhance our digital presence and foster brand affinity. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Instagram and YouTube Shorts strategy, including planning, executing, and scaling engaging short-form video content. - Ideate content buckets, briefs, and shoot plans, collaborating with editors and designers to deliver high-performing creatives. - Develop thumb-stopping ad creatives and hooks aligned with campaigns on Meta, YouTube, and Google for performance marketing. - Craft impactful captions, headlines, product taglines, ad copies, and brand messages with a consistent tone of voice for effective communication. - Identify, onboard, and manage creators across different tiers for influencer marketing. Plan barter and paid collaborations and monitor campaign outcomes. - Maintain a consistent brand language and aesthetic across all platforms, from the website to packaging to PR kits for cohesive brand storytelling. - Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, and NPD teams for successful product launches and integrated campaigns. Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of Gen Z/Millennial audiences and proficiency in digital-first storytelling. - Hands-on experience in creating content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. - Creative sensibility and strong copywriting skills to deliver compelling messaging. - Familiarity with creative tools like CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Suite for effective creative briefing. - Ability to manage multiple projects and creators simultaneously while maintaining quality. - Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail to ensure brand consistency. Additional Details: Prior experience in beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle D2C brands is a plus. Knowledge of trends, memes, and viral content formats is advantageous. PR or on-ground activation experience would be beneficial for this role.,
