As a Junior Creative Lead, you will be responsible for building a high-output, high-performance creative engine from scratch. Your role will have a direct impact on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, customer retention, and brand perception. You will lead a dynamic team encompassing video, design, copy, and production, guiding them to set the creative direction across various growth channels such as Meta, YouTube, CRM, website, brand campaigns, and influencer content. Your key responsibilities will include owning the entire creative funnel from ad concept to final output, creating modular and scalable content systems for performance marketing, and establishing the creative vision across brand, video, social media, landing pages, and CRM. Additionally, you will be involved in hiring and managing writers, designers, editors, and freelancers, setting up processes for rapid content production and iteration, and coaching the team to think creatively in terms of consumer psychology and narrative structure. To drive performance through creativity, you will collaborate with media buyers to test over 100 assets per month, analyze key performance metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), and thumbstop rate to identify successful strategies, and focus efforts on scaling those strategies. We are seeking a candidate with at least 3-6 years of experience in creative strategy, video production, and digital-first storytelling, preferably in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), consumer tech, or fast-scaling brand environments. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of performance metrics and media buying logic, the ability to balance creative experimentation with prioritization, a sharp eye for detail, and a track record of swift execution.
