Manager/Assistant Manager-Brand & Content Marketing


Furrl is a funded early stage startup building the next generation of lifestyle e-commerce through a clutter-breaking discovery platform for new-age brands. We are attacking the 100 billion dollar D2C market in India by creating a one stop shop for consumers to discover, validate and purchase these lakhs of independent brands and creators in India, in a way that is personalized and effective at scale.

We’re looking for a creative Marketing Manager to join us at Furrl!

Someone who can help us position the brand thoughtfully in the market, craft unique narratives, and build Furrl’s presence across communities and platforms — blending creativity with strategy to make Furrl stand out.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow the Furrl community

    — identify and engage with relevant creators, brands, and communities to amplify our visibility.
  • Experiment with

    guerrilla marketing

    and brand partnerships to create buzz and drive brand awareness in fresh, unconventional ways.
  • Conduct market research

    and analyse insights to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations that strengthen Furrl’s brand positioning.
  • Own customer communication

    — craft engaging newsletters, push notifications, and in-app messages to drive user connection and loyalty.
  • Plan and execute content calendars

    for social and digital platforms, ensuring brand voice consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and enhance Furrl’s social media presence

    , driving engagement and maintaining an authentic connection with our audience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally

    with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand building, or community growth (D2C, lifestyle, or fashion space preferred).
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, social media trends, and consumer insights.
  • A creative problem-solver with a knack for finding new ways to grow brand visibility and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys experimenting with new ideas.
