Brand Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand Manager at Capstone Consultancy. The role is located in Bhopal but allows for some work from home flexibility. As a Brand Manager, your main responsibility will be to collaborate with Marketing Agencies in developing and executing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends and consumer insights for Singapore brands expanding in India. You will also oversee brand communications, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. Moreover, you will be accountable for measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing efforts. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of three years of experience in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills are crucial to analyze market trends and consumer insights effectively. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in digital marketing and brand communication tools is required. Additionally, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key attributes for success in this position. Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is also necessary for this role.,
