Job Title: Brand Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager who can seamlessly combine creativity with digital strategy to drive impactful brand campaigns. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in presentation, communication, and brand storytelling, with a strong background in advertising and marketing. This role requires a sharp mind that can decode client briefs, craft compelling campaigns, and present strategies effectively to achieve brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to design and deliver campaigns aligned with brand goals.
  • Decode complex client briefs and translate them into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Create and present engaging presentations, reports, and campaign updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing regular insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop strategic plans that strengthen brand positioning and drive measurable results.
  • Oversee communication tone, brand language, and storytelling across platforms.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong command over language and communication (verbal & written).
  • Proven ability to decode briefs and develop creative yet strategic brand campaigns.
  • Skilled in preparing reports, performance updates, and strategic growth plans.
  • Excellent writing skills for marketing collateral, brand messaging, and campaign content.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, client servicing).

Qualifications & Background

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising agencies.
  • Solid understanding of creative strategy, digital marketing trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Track record of successfully driving campaigns and achieving brand objectives.
